About the Role
An inclusive school in South London is seeking a dedicated individual to join their supportive team, providing crucial assistance to secondary students on the autism spectrum. This role involves working within a specialist ASD setting, facilitating effective social communication, expertly managing sensory needs, and ensuring full access to the curriculum. Opportunities are available for immediate starts across various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £90 to £115.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students with autism spectrum conditions.
* Implement strategies to enhance social communication skills effectively.
* Proactively manage sensory needs within a specialist learning environment.
* Assist with the adaptation of learning materials for individual student access.
* Support students in accessing and engaging with the full secondary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with autism spectrum conditions.
* You are passionate about making a tangible difference to student progress and well-being.
* You have a calm, patient, and understanding approach to diverse learning needs.
* You can effectively implement individual education plans and support
