About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to support ambitious primary SEN schools across the local area. This vital role involves providing day-to-day and short-term cover, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment, adapting your approach to meet diverse requirements within specialist primary provisions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience and make a meaningful difference, with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Implement individual education plans and support strategies effectively.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate constructively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where required.
* Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You have demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children with various special educational needs.
* You are highly adaptable and comfortable working in different school settings and with diverse pupil groups.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are committed to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of every child.
