We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils navigating social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
* Successfully employ effective de-escalation techniques during challenging moments to maintain a calm environment.
* Cultivate strong, positive, and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and personal development.
* Guide and mentor individuals, promoting resilience and self-regulation skills across various activities.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to facilitate pupil participation in all learning activities.
* Champion a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, reinforcing positive behaviours consistently.
