• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other personalised support strategies.

• Collaborate closely with class teachers and external professionals to assess and address evolving pupil needs.
• Support pupils with communication, social skills, and behavioural development.
• Prepare and adapt learning materials to suit individual pupil learning styles and needs.
About You
• You possess demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
• You have a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering individual pupil growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
