Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a broad and balanced primary curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Implement proactive and reactive strategies for effectively managing challenging behaviours.
* Cultivate strong, positive, and therapeutic relationships with every pupil.
* Plan and adapt engaging lessons to support a wide spectrum of learning styles and abilities.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and encouraging feedback.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider pastoral team to support pupil well-being.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit exceptional behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
* Be adept at adapting teaching methods to suit diverse individual pupil requirements.
* Possess a commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice.
