This vital role involves re-engaging disaffected learners, expertly managing complex behaviours, and delivering a modified curriculum tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a differentiated and engaging curriculum across various subjects.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour in the classroom.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and multi-disciplinary teams to support holistic development.
* Promote high expectations for learning and personal conduct among students.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of working successfully with SEMH students at secondary phase.
