About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to secondary-aged pupils with diverse and complex special educational needs.
* Assist teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging, adapted curriculum activities.
* Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Encourage and empower pupils to develop crucial life skills and greater independence.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other support professionals.
* Contribute to the implementation and review of individualised learning plans.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with special educational needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
* A genuine passion for making a positive difference to the lives of pupils with complex needs is essential.
* You are adept at assisting with tailored learning strategies and adapted curriculum materials.
* An unwavering commitment to fostering independence and celebrating individual student achievements defines your approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect effectively with pupils and colleagues.
