About the Role
A exceptional school is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary phase team immediately. This vital role involves providing tailored support to a wonderful pupil with complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairment, fostering their development and engagement within our inclusive community. We are looking for someone eager to build strong rapport and make a lasting difference in a supportive environment, with contracts available on a long-term, daily supply, or permanent basis, offering a competitive daily rate of £85-£110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary phase pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Build a strong, positive rapport, fostering trust and effective communication.
* Implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets rigorously.
* Liaise closely with therapists and external professionals to ensure holistic provision.
* Support the pupil's independence and personal development within the school setting.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all.
