Key Responsibilities
* Implement tailored strategies to support positive behaviour management.
* Actively facilitate pupils' development of effective emotional regulation techniques.
* Guide and support secondary pupils in their successful reintegration into curriculum-based learning.

* You possess proven experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with complex SEMH requirements.
