Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke assistance to secondary students with autism spectrum conditions, fostering their independence and learning.
* Implement effective strategies to facilitate and enhance social communication skills among students.
* Proactively manage and respond to diverse sensory needs, creating a supportive and calming learning environment.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and ensure comprehensive curriculum access for all.
* Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and contributing to individualised support plans.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation, guiding students through daily routines and transitions.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
