Key Responsibilities

* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their ongoing development.
* Manage and maintain practical workshop areas, ensuring equipment is used safely and efficiently.

* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Design and Technology or a related field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject, inspiring students with its practical applications and creative potential.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Show a strong commitment to student welfare and academic achievement at all levels.
