Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons to secondary pupils.
• Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities, ensuring progression for all abilities.
• Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
• Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, suitable for an ECT, MPS, or UPS level.
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for teaching mathematics and nurturing pupil potential.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Be dedicated to creating an inspiring and supportive educational experience for every pupil.
