About the Role
A progressive school in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated and adaptable PPA Teacher to provide crucial classroom cover, ensuring exceptional learning experiences across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in diverse year groups, maintaining educational continuity and fostering an inspiring environment for all pupils. We are searching for an educator who thrives on variety and is prepared to make an immediate, positive impact. This flexible role offers various contract options, from daily supply to long-term and permanent opportunities, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapting to diverse age groups and learning needs.
* Maintain effective classroom management, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Ensure educational continuity by seamlessly stepping into different classroom environments.
* Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate positively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance the learning journey.
* Contribute to a vibrant school culture that celebrates pupil achievement and effort.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching across a range of primary year groups, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness when transitioning between different age groups and subjects.
* Possess outstanding classroom management skills, capable of fostering an inclusive and productive environment.
* Driven by a genuine passion for pupil development and committed to delivering inspiring educational experiences.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
