About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking school in Cambridgeshire as an SEN Class Teacher. You will be instrumental in delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within supportive small group settings. We are seeking dedicated educators for a variety of flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and adapted curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within small group settings.
* Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to support complex learning requirements.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and adapting strategies.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil outcomes.
* Contribute to the broader life and ethos of the school community.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with pupils with complex learning needs within a secondary setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for creating accessible and engaging educational experiences.
* Be skilled in adapting curriculum content to meet diverse individual requirements.
* Show excellent communication and collaborative skills when working with colleagues and parents.
* Hold an understanding of relevant SEN frameworks and best practice approaches.
