About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school community in the vibrant Hoddesdon area of Hertfordshire. We are seeking enthusiastic educators available for various contract types, including long-term placements, short-term assignments, and daily supply needs, with potential for permanent roles for the right candidate. This flexible role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, commencing as soon as possible, providing vital cover across primary phases.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity across various primary year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to learn.
* Seamlessly integrate into different school cultures and adapt quickly to new routines and expectations.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement to the class teacher as required.
* Collaborate positively with teaching assistants and school leadership to maintain high educational standards.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* You demonstrate proven experience working effectively across different primary year groups.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in varied school environments and dynamic situations.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, fostering a calm and focused learning space.
* You possess a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and making a positive impact on their development.
* You communicate clearly and professionally with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
