Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to secondary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
* Assist pupils in developing robust emotional regulation skills.
* Support students in their successful reintegration into academic learning and social activities.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver a cohesive support system.
