Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Chemistry lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive.
* Contribute actively to the development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, attainment, and well-being.
* Engage with colleagues in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a specialism in Chemistry.
* A proven ability to teach Science across the secondary age range is essential.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.
* Commitment to continuous professional development forms a core part of your ethos.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
