Key Responsibilities
• Provide invaluable classroom support to the main teacher, facilitating an inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Assist individual pupils or small groups with their learning activities across various subjects.
• Help prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays to enhance engagement.
• Support children with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all pupils.
• Supervise children during breaks and lunchtimes, promoting positive social interactions.

About You
• You possess prior experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to varying classroom needs.
• You hold a relevant qualification or have practical experience that aligns with this support role.
• You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.
