About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment within a vibrant primary setting. You will play a crucial role in nurturing the development of our youngest learners, fostering an engaging and stimulating educational experience. We are seeking a compassionate individual eager to contribute to a thriving Early Years foundation stage, with contract options ranging from long-term and daily supply to short-term or permanent positions, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for EYFS pupils.
* Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate effectively with the class teacher to ensure pupil progress and well-being.
* Facilitate small group work and individualised support to enhance foundational skills.
* Contribute to observations and assessments, documenting children’s achievements and next steps.
* Promote positive behaviour and independence amongst early years children.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* You bring proven experience working with children within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You are adept at building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute positively to a team.
* You are committed to fostering a child-centred approach to learning.
