About the Role
We are seeking adaptable and inspiring Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join our network, providing essential cover across a range of supportive schools within the Shrewsbury and wider Shropshire area. This dynamic opportunity offers you the chance to gain varied experience, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment for pupils aged 11-16. You will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of education, with contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and even permanent roles, offering a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects and year groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies, and classroom dynamics.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their academic progress.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff, contributing positively to the school community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, maintaining an orderly and engaging learning space.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in diverse educational settings.
* You hold a genuine passion for education and fostering pupil development.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport swiftly.
* You are proactive, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact every day.
