About the Role:
A well-established private day nursery in Dudley is looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, caring environment where children's happiness and development are the top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the nursery team in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5.
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote learning and development across all areas of the EYFS framework.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, helping them to feel secure and confident.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's progress and daily experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting nursery environment.

About You:
• Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or working towards).
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the EYFS curriculum.
