This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join a progressive school, making a significant impact on pupil attainment across the primary phase. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering targeted support for children in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring every learner has the chance to thrive and reach their full potential. This flexible role offers various contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging intervention programmes tailored to individual and small group needs.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, adapting strategies to maximise learning outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leadership to identify areas for development and share best practices.
* Create a nurturing and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and a love for learning.
* Maintain comprehensive records of pupil achievement and provide regular feedback on impact to stakeholders.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience in delivering effective interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies for differentiation.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Be highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
