About the Role
Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a Cover Supervisor, where you will become an integral part of supporting student learning and maintaining a positive educational environment within a respected school. Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and instructional materials to students across different key stages.
• Provide clear instructions and support to pupils, helping them stay on task and engaged with their work.
• Respond proactively to pupil queries and provide guidance as needed, referring complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding and student welfare.
• Liaise effectively with teaching staff and senior leaders regarding pupil progress and any behavioural concerns.

About You
• You possess demonstrable experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• You exhibit excellent classroom management skills, capable of fostering a positive and disciplined environment.
• You are highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied and fast-paced situations.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, building rapport with both students and colleagues.
• You demonstrate a professional demeanour and a strong commitment to student well-being.
• You are proactive and resourceful, able to think on your feet and respond calmly to challenges.
