About the Role
A highly regarded school in West London is seeking a dedicated teacher to provide daily supply and short-term cover within specialist primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings. This presents a fantastic opportunity to work across diverse SEN provisions in Hammersmith and Fulham, supporting pupils with varying needs and ensuring continuity in their learning journey. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, adapting your approach to foster a positive educational environment for young learners. We are looking for an individual available for immediate starts, ready to contribute positively to the development and well-being of every pupil.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, pupil-centred lessons tailored to a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Implement effective strategies to support the academic and personal development of primary pupils.
* Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to learning for all children.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school professionals to ensure holistic pupil support.
* Assess pupil progress formatively and provide constructive feedback to aid their learning journey.

About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses a genuine passion for special educational needs.
* Possesses demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils with a variety of SEN requirements.
* Exhibits exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in diverse school environments.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour support strategies.
* Communicates effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers where appropriate.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and can achieve their potential.
