Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality English lessons that captivate and challenge pupils across all abilities.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on pupil progress, ensuring clear pathways for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic English curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to learn.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
• Utilise a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of every pupil.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with the ability to teach English to secondary pupils.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for English and an unwavering commitment to pupil success.
• Have experience teaching English across Key Stages, suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) educator.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic educational setting.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
