About the Role
Join a network of dynamic primary schools in the Leighton Buzzard area as a dedicated Supply Teacher, making a significant impact across various classrooms. This exciting opportunity offers immense flexibility, with options for daily, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contract arrangements, designed to fit your professional aspirations. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning, delivering engaging lessons across the primary phase from EYFS to Key Stage 2, starting as soon as possible. We offer a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your valuable contribution to children's educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, adhering to school plans.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in diverse classroom settings.
* Manage pupil behaviour effectively, fostering respect and cooperation amongst students.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments, routines, and educational resources.
* Provide consistent support to pupils, ensuring their continued academic and personal growth.
* Collaborate professionally with colleagues and support staff within each school.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working within the primary phase.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school settings.
* Possess strong classroom management skills, ensuring a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* Be proactive, organised, and ready
