This role involves working as an Intervention Teacher within a well-established school, making a significant impact on pupil progress across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, addressing specific learning needs to help every child reach their full potential. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention sessions for pupils requiring additional support.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate intervention goals with classroom learning.
* Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
* Provide regular feedback on pupil development and attainment.
* Contribute to the wider school community and its commitment to excellence.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of primary education.
* You have demonstrable experience in planning and delivering targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* You are passionate about fostering a love for learning and supporting individual pupil growth.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
* You possess strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
