Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs across secondary SEN settings.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to ensure accessibility for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Provide consistent pastoral care and academic support to pupils throughout the school day.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to enhance pupil learning experiences.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a calm, patient demeanour.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in diverse educational settings.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of pupils with SEN.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
