About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to enrich the learning experience within a network of progressive secondary schools across the Harlow area of Essex. This flexible role offers diverse opportunities for engagement, encompassing daily supply, short-term contracts, long-term placements, and even permanent positions, providing an attractive daily rate of £145 - £160, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Implement school policies and procedures consistently.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils throughout the school day.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively to foster a productive atmosphere.
* Provide cover supervision where required, ensuring continuity of education.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged students.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability to various classroom dynamics and school cultures.
* Show strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
* Be committed to upholding high professional standards.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young people's educational journeys.
