About the Role
A thriving school in East London is seeking a dedicated and inspiring MFL Teacher to join their vibrant department on a permanent basis, starting in September or sooner. This is a superb opportunity to challenge and inspire pupils across all key stages in French and Spanish, shaping their linguistic journey and fostering a passion for global cultures. You will play a pivotal role in developing engaging curriculum content and delivering high-quality lessons that empower students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Craft and implement stimulating French and Spanish lessons for secondary pupils of varying abilities.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on pupil attainment and progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum, introducing innovative approaches.
* Inspire and encourage a deep appreciation for languages and diverse cultures across the school community.
* Maintain a dynamic and supportive classroom environment that fosters both academic success and personal growth.
* Collaborate effectively with departmental colleagues to share best practice and achieve collective goals.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and a desire to instil this enthusiasm in young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse pupil needs effectively.
* Command strong classroom management skills, creating an engaging and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a thriving department.
* Show a steadfast commitment to continuous professional development and raising attainment for all pupils.
