Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of pupils with SEN.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies effectively.
* Manage classroom dynamics positively, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning space.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil achievements and challenges.
* Contribute to the welcoming and supportive ethos of the school community.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children with SEN.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when facing new classroom environments and pupil needs.
* A strong understanding of various Special Educational Needs and corresponding support strategies is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive and structured learning atmosphere.
* Your communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
