We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join a supportive school, offering diverse opportunities for professional growth. This dynamic role involves providing essential PPA cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180, available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across diverse primary year groups, adapting to different age-specific learning needs.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering excellent behaviour and pupil engagement.
* Implement pre-prepared schemes of work, ensuring curriculum objectives are met effectively.
* Collaborate proactively with phase leaders and class teachers to support pupil progress and well-being.
* Undertake necessary administrative tasks related to pupil assessment and record-keeping during PPA cover.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its ethos.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within primary education.
* You exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
* You are highly adaptable and confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and facilitating their academic and personal development.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
