About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a supportive school. You will be instrumental in fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for pupils within Key Stage 2. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. This position offers a long-term or permanent contract, commencing as soon as possible, with salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, inspiring lessons that cater to diverse learning needs within Key Stage 2.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and a strong work ethic amongst pupils.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development and well-being.
* Contribute actively to the wider school community and its commitment to educational excellence.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil achievement.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Possess a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
* Show a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
