About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to work across a network of primary schools in the vibrant Northampton area. This exciting opportunity involves delivering engaging lessons and providing vital cover across all primary phases, with placements within a ambitious school environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning, making a significant impact on pupils' educational journeys. This flexible position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with possibilities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent placements starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across various primary year groups.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying schemes of work.
* Maintain positive classroom management and foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
* Provide accurate and timely feedback on pupil progress where required.
* Uphold the high standards and values of each school visited.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for the primary phase in the UK.
* You are an enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.

* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, building rapport effortlessly with pupils and colleagues.
