About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an inspirational Reception Class Teacher to join their vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves fostering a stimulating and secure learning environment where young pupils can thrive, develop essential skills, and embark on their educational journey with enthusiasm. We are considering candidates for a variety of contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, offering flexibility to suit the right professional. You will play a crucial part in shaping foundational experiences and instilling a lifelong love of learning within a supportive primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an engaging, play-based EYFS curriculum tailored to meet individual pupil needs.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Systematically assess pupil progress, recording achievements and identifying areas for development.
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, facilitating effective home-school partnerships.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety within the classroom and wider school environment.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success and ethos of the school.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* You demonstrate recent experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting.
* Your passion for early childhood education is evident in your dynamic and creative teaching approaches.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions with all stakeholders.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to contribute actively to a dedicated team.
