Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and engagingly.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently to ensure a calm classroom.
* Encourage pupil participation and independent learning tasks.
* Provide clear instructions and support, addressing any immediate learning needs.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a secondary school environment.
* Exhibit strong and proactive classroom management skills.
* Show adaptability and resilience when covering diverse subjects and year groups.
* Have a genuine commitment to supporting pupil progress and well-being.
* Be an enthusiastic and reliable professional ready to contribute immediately.
