We are partnering with a respected school in the Towecester area, and other local secondary settings, to secure talented professionals passionate about delivering engaging cover lessons and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. This flexible position offers the chance to work across various secondary environments, contributing meaningfully to student progress and ensuring educational continuity. You will benefit from a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, with opportunities for short-term, long-term, and daily assignments starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective cover lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies and procedures.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils at all times.
• Follow schemes of work provided, adapting as necessary to meet pupil needs.
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding pupil progress and any issues.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK
