Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies and procedures.
• Facilitate student engagement and participation in all learning activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils as required.
• Adhere to all safeguarding procedures and school regulations diligently.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied school settings.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for diverse interactions.
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at all times.
• Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one promptly.
