• Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that builds pupil confidence and resilience.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of intervention programmes and resources.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of primary curriculum stages.
• Demonstrate proven experience in delivering targeted intervention or supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show a genuine passion for making a tangible difference to individual pupil achievement and well-being.
