We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL – French & Spanish Teacher to join a inclusive school in the West Midlands from September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating French and Spanish lessons that challenge and engage students across various key stages.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Contribute proactively to the development and enhancement of the MFL curriculum, ensuring its relevance and dynamism.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident to explore new languages.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities to further your expertise.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or an Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher with a proven track record.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and a commitment to inspiring this enthusiasm in young people.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive departmental culture and wider school life.
