Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, challenging, and engaging Maths lessons across all secondary key stages.
• Accurately assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and enhancement of the departmental curriculum.
• Participate fully in departmental meetings, training sessions, and the broader life of the school community.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a focused and productive learning atmosphere.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification for secondary education in the UK.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for Mathematics and its innovative delivery to young people.
• Exhibit strong pedagogical skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire diverse learners.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning for every student.
• Thrive in a collaborative setting, contributing positively to team dynamics and sharing best practices.
