About the Role
A respected school is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team immediately. This pivotal role involves providing essential PPA cover across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, for the right candidate who is ready to embrace a dynamic teaching environment and contribute significantly to pupil development.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Adapting teaching strategies and resources swiftly to meet the specific needs of various age groups and classroom environments.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best.
* Collaborating effectively with class teachers and support staff to ensure seamless educational provision and pupil welfare.
* Implementing consistent and effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a productive and respectful classroom.
* Providing constructive feedback on pupil progress and engagement to relevant colleagues, contributing to ongoing assessment processes.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a demonstrable commitment to continuous professional growth.
* Have proven experience teaching across the primary age range, specifically within EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different year groups and classroom dynamics.
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills, ensuring a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
* Possess a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning in all pupils.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, building strong professional relationships.
