Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual children and small groups within the EYFS setting.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Contribute to creating a stimulating and safe environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Observe and track children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development amongst all pupils.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and welfare at all times.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
* You have prior experience supporting children within an EYFS or primary school setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a supportive school environment.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and show initiative in a dynamic classroom setting.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or supporting teaching and learning are highly desirable.
