About the Role
A flourishing school in North London is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join its supportive team. This rewarding opportunity involves delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within small group settings. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment, ensuring every student makes meaningful progress. This role offers excellent scope for professional development and can accommodate various contract types, including long-term and permanent positions, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a highly adapted curriculum tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Provide engaging and effective teaching within small group settings for students with complex learning requirements.
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Implement robust assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future planning.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic student development.
* Contribute to the wider school community, upholding its values and ethos.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong commitment to SEN education.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils who have complex learning needs.
* Possess the ability to differentiate and adapt lessons effectively to meet diverse educational requirements.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, particularly within small group dynamics.
* Be a compassionate and patient professional, dedicated to supporting every student's individual journey.
* Show a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and continuous professional growth.
