About the Role
A thriving school is seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join its specialist primary provision. This long-term, permanent role involves providing essential support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties. Commencing as soon as possible, this position offers a daily rate of £95 - £120 for an individual passionate about making a significant difference to young lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct and personalised support to primary-aged pupils with PMLD.
* Assist with personal care needs sensitively and professionally, maintaining dignity.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning and development.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes as guided by specialists.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external therapists to ensure holistic support.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* You have experience working with primary-aged children in an educational or care setting.
* An understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs associated with PMLD is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse needs.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to daily tasks defines your character.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils.
