Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across a diverse range of secondary subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour robustly, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
* Motivate and encourage students to complete assigned tasks and actively participate in lessons.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement throughout each period.
* Communicate relevant information and feedback to departmental staff as required.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your direct supervision at all times.
