About the Role
Join a flourishing school in Maidenhead, Berkshire, where an exciting opportunity awaits an dedicated Intervention Teacher to make a significant impact across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This diverse role, available on long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, challenges you to design and deliver targeted academic support, ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential. You will be instrumental in identifying learning gaps and implementing bespoke strategies to foster academic growth and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver tailored intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Assess pupils' learning gaps and adapt teaching strategies effectively.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate support and share progress.
* Monitor and meticulously record pupil progress towards specific learning targets.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and encouraging learning environment for all children.
* Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and staff regarding attainment and next steps.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the primary phase.
* Demonstrate proven experience in delivering successful academic interventions.
* Exhibit strong knowledge of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering academic growth and raising attainment in all pupils.
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic educational setting.
