Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated primary lessons tailored to pupils' specific educational needs.
* Provide compassionate and effective support to children with a range of special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning styles within specialist SEN provisions.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and able to thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently, promoting a safe and respectful learning space.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Be adaptable and resilient, comfortable working across different specialist primary SEN provisions.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Show a genuine commitment to inclusion and fostering the potential in every child.
* Be available for immediate starts and flexible with day-to-day and short-term assignments.
