Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons that stimulate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
* Inspire students across the secondary phase to achieve their full potential in Science, including A-level Physics.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the Science curriculum, potentially enhancing Chemistry provision.
* Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to drive academic attainment.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to succeed.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge and a genuine passion for communicating complex scientific concepts.
* Exhibit a proven track record of teaching excellence, suitable for an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogical approaches.
* Possess the ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities, fostering a love for learning.
