Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Computing lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, inspiring a passion for the subject.
• Develop and implement innovative schemes of work that challenge and support all learners.
• Assess student progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Contribute actively to the wider life of the school community, participating in extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance departmental strategies.
• Utilise a range of pedagogical approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Computing or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Computing curriculum and current educational best practices.
• Be an inspiring educator with a proven ability to motivate and engage young people.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start, or an experienced teacher (MPS/UPS) ready for a new challenge.
